Our goal at Nemesis Industries is to ensure you are delighted your purchase, and that you will always look to us for your Jeep body armor needs.
Returns and Refunds
- We are glad to accept returns, no questions asked
- Return must be initiated no more than five (5) days from date order is delivered to customer
- Products must be returned in "new" and "unused" condition
- Excludes custom parts or parts with powder coat.
- Buyer pays for return shipping, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect goods
- Payment will be refunded using payment method used at time of order, unless otherwise specified
Nemesis Limited Warranty
- Nemesis warrants your product purchase for one (1) years from the date of sale to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal installation and use.
- This warranty is limited to the costs of repair and replacement of the Nemesis Industries product only. Therefore, no type of labor or shipping allowance is available in connection with a customer's repair, removal, reinstallation or return of a damaged product
- The portion of the warranty concerning the products' finish does not apply to products that have been chipped, scratched or damaged in any way, and finishes, painted or powder coated, must be cleaned and waxed regularly
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Nemesis. Following such inspection, the product in question may either be repaired or replaced when found defective
- Prior to any replacement or repair, written authorization as to the action to be taken shall be issued by Nemesis.
- Failure to contact Nemesis prior to having warranty work performed shall immediately void all applicable warranties.
